support@structo.llcOpen the Structo app on any supported device (iPad, Mac, Android, or Windows) and tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen. Enter your email, choose a password, set a display name, and select your role (Developer/Project Manager or Contractor). You can use the same account on every device — your projects sync automatically.
Yes. You can download and use Structo for free with a generous set of core features. Some advanced features — like AI draft estimates and unlimited cloud sync — are part of an optional paid subscription managed through the App Store.
Structo runs on macOS, iPad, Android, and Windows. Sign in with the same account on each device and your projects, drawings, estimates, and accounting data stay in sync.
Structo opens PDF, DXF, and DWG drawings, plus standard image formats (PNG, JPG). Multi-page PDFs are supported with fast rendering and pinch-to-zoom navigation.
When you upload a DWG file, it is securely sent over HTTPS to a third-party conversion service that converts it to DXF for use inside Structo. The file is deleted from the conversion service immediately after processing — we don't keep copies on our servers.
Open a plan, choose the Measurement tool, and tap "Calibrate." Pick two points on the drawing whose real-world distance you know (for example, a dimensioned line) and enter that distance. Structo applies the scale to the whole drawing so distances, areas, and angles are accurate.
Structo sends a rendered image of your floor plan plus extracted geometry metadata to Google's Gemini API, which returns a draft estimate broken down by item. The result is a starting point — you can edit, add, or remove line items before sending it to a client.
Only the rendered image of the plan and its geometry metadata are sent — over HTTPS — to Google's Gemini API. Google does not retain plan images beyond the API request. Your project name, contractor details, and other personal information are not sent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
AI estimates are drafts, not final quotes. Accuracy improves when the plan is properly calibrated, dimensions are visible, and the drawing is clean. Always review and adjust the line items before using the estimate in a real project.
Open a project, go to the Estimates tab, and tap "New Estimate." Add line items manually or generate a draft with AI, then tap Share to export as a PDF or send by email directly from the app.
Yes. Open the estimate and choose "Convert to Invoice." Structo carries the line items over so you can adjust quantities, add a payment due date, and send.
Log payments against any cost item or invoice from the Costs & Payments tab. Each project shows running totals for budgeted, spent, and remaining amounts in real time.
When adding a cost item or attaching a receipt, choose a tax category from the picker (e.g. Materials, Subcontractor, Vehicle). The Tax Center summarises totals by category and lets you export a report.
Yes. From the Tax Center or Accounting tab, tap Export to generate a PDF or CSV report covering income, expenses, and category breakdowns for any date range.
Open a cost item and tap the camera icon to snap a photo or pick from your gallery. The receipt is attached to the cost item and stays searchable from the Receipts view.
Sign in with the same Structo account on each device. Projects, plans, estimates, costs, and accounting data sync automatically through Firebase. Changes you make on one device appear on the others within seconds.
Yes. All your project data is stored on the device, so you can keep working on-site without a connection. Changes sync automatically the next time you go online.
Check that you're signed in with the same email on each device, and that both have an active internet connection. Pull-to-refresh on the project list to force a sync. If the problem continues, sign out and back in, or contact support at support@structo.llc.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, tap Structo, and choose Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Structo charge, and request a refund. If you also want our help, write to support@structo.llc.
Open Structo, go to Account → Subscription, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.
You can delete your Structo account and all associated data at any time from our account deletion page, or by writing to support@structo.llc. Deletion is permanent and removes your projects, drawings, and accounting data from our cloud.
We store your account email, display name, role preference, and the project data you create (projects, drawings, estimates, costs, receipts) when cloud sync is enabled. We do not collect location, contacts, advertising IDs, or behavioural analytics. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
In the app, go to Account → Security → Change Password. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
Try closing and reopening the project. If a DWG file fails to convert, check your internet connection — DWG conversion runs over the network. For very large files, allow extra time on the first open. If the problem persists, send the file to support@structo.llc so we can take a look.
Force-quit and reopen Structo, then make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store. Restart the device if the problem continues. If it still happens, contact us with your device model and OS version.
Email support@structo.llc with a description of the problem, the device you're using, and (if helpful) a screenshot. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
