Delete Your Account
Last updated: April 12, 2026
We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Structo account and what happens to your data when you do.
How to Delete Your Account
From the Structo app:
- Open the Structo app on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email address)
- All projects you created
- Cost tracking and budget data
- Invoices and receipts
- Uploaded documents and photos
- Supplier and contact information
- Task lists and timelines
- Team memberships and shared project access
- Subscription and purchase history
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Active subscriptions will be cancelled but are not automatically refunded — please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
What Happens to Shared Projects
If you are the owner of a shared project, the project and all its data will be deleted for all team members. If you are a team member (not the owner), you will be removed from the project but the project will remain accessible to the owner and other members.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. To avoid further charges:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Structo > Cancel
- Android: Go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Structo > Cancel
